1 General Manager
Location: Sohna Road, GurgaonJob Roll: To ensure sales (both volume and value) in the residential and commercial segment. Perform duties such as study the property listing, identify and accompany prospective clients to the property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts as per company norms, manage 4-5 teams.
Experience: BBA/MBA Graduate with 10-12 years of real estate experience in handling multiple teams, Sales in Real Estate sector, with some exposure to primary sales.
5 Sales Team Leader
Location: Sohna Road, GurgaonJob Roll: To ensure sales (both volume and value) in the residential and commercial segment. Perform duties such as study the property listing, identify and accompany prospective clients to the property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts under the guidance of Team lead.
Experience: BBA Graduate with 6 years experience or an MBA Graduate with 4 to 8 years of experience in Sales in Real Estate sector, with some exposure to primary sales.
50 Sales Agent
Location: Sohna Road, GurgaonJob Roll: To ensure sales (both volume and value) in the residential and commercial segment. Perform duties such as study the property listing, identify and accompany prospective clients to the property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts under the guidance of Team lead.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales in Real Estate sector with some exposure to primary sales
